A 4-week programme for women with ADHD who are ready to feel at home in their own brain.
In sourdough baking, the culture is everything. It is the living community of wild yeasts and bacteria that you feed, tend, and nurture over time. You cannot rush it. You cannot force it. You just have to create the right conditions and then trust the process.
The gut works the same way. A thriving gut microbiome is a culture: billions of living organisms that, when nourished properly, produce the neurotransmitters your brain runs on - including the dopamine and serotonin that ADHD brains are typically chronically low in.
And your nervous system? That needs a quiet culture too. Not silence, just the right conditions. The kind you find in a warm kitchen, with your hands in dough, your attention anchored to something real and forgiving and alive.
The Quiet Culture is a programme about tending all three at once: your gut, your brain, and the slow, living practice of becoming more yourself.
You have read the books, downloaded the apps, colour-coded the planners. And some of it even works - until life happens, the system breaks, and you are back to feeling like everyone else got a manual you never received.
Here is what I've found after years of coaching women with ADHD: most strategies fail not because you lack discipline, but because they are designed for neurotypical nervous systems.
What an ADHD brain actually needs is different:
• A body-based anchor - something physical, sensory, and satisfying
• Dopamine built into the process, not dangled at the end
• Gut support - because your microbiome is directly shaping your mood, focus, and regulation
• A practice that is forgiving when your attention disappears (because it will)
Sourdough baking is tended slowly, fed consistently. It's alive with good bacteria and meets all four criteria.
A deep-dive into your specific ADHD patterns: for example, where you lose focus, where you shut down, what your nervous system needs. You start your sourdough starter. You begin to tend both at once.
You feed your starter. You feed your gut. We look at the functional nutrition side = which foods support dopamine and serotonin production, how your microbiome is affecting your ADHD symptoms, and how to bake for your brain chemistry.
We slow down intentionally. We troubleshoot, deepen the practice, and look at what has shifted in your nervous system. This week is about building your own evidence - from your own experience - that this actually works for you.
We look at the full picture: what has changed, what you want to keep, how to carry this forward. You leave with a written personal protocol - your living guide to The Quiet Culture - that is uniquely yours.
A 4-week 1:1 programme combining board-certified functional health coaching with therapeutic sourdough baking. We tend your gut, settle your nervous system, and build a practice that stays with you.
This is not a cooking class. It is a structured, science-informed programme that uses your kitchen and your sourdough starter as the anchor for everything.
