I'm Laura Krippner, a board-certified functional health coach specialising in menopause and ADHD in the workplace.
Before retraining as a health coach, I spent years in compliance roles at PwC, Deloitte and HSBC, across London and the USA. I know what it means to work in high-pressure, high-stakes environments and what it costs when talented people don't get the support they need.
Today I work with organisations to deliver practical, evidence-based training that helps employers support their people through menopause and ADHD.
