I’m Laura, a Board Certified Functional Health Coach (A-CFHC and NBC-HWC) with a passion for helping women who are late diagnosed with ADHD.
I’m the only Functional Health Coach in the UK who’s board certified and trained to support women during menopause. In 2025 I became trained in ADHD coaching too. My work blends science-backed strategies with real-life experience to help women navigate ADHD incorporating your physical, mental and emotional health.
My journey into Functional Health started in 2016. I was managing mine and my family’s health struggles managing autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s and Alopecia. After wasting time and money on consultants, trichologists and dermatologists searching for answers, I developed an evidence-based approach to hair regrowth that has helped women regain their confidence. I no longer actively work with hair loss clients, although all of my info on how to regrow your hair is still available.
What I’ve learned? Functional Health Coaching works because it’s personalised. It gives women the tools and strategies to take control of their health and their lives.
After coaching hundreds of women for a not-for-profit organisation, I saw the same patterns emerge—women in their 40s and 50s who were late diagnosed ADHD AND facing midlife challenges. I decided to focus on perimenopause and ADHD support.
The Functional Health approach tackles the root cause of your symptoms. It works when you're sick of being fobbed off by your GP. It works because it's personalised to you. Most importantly we start where you are. Navigating midlife changes is an opportunity to reset and lay the foundations for a healthy life. It’s absolutely possible to still fulfil your potential in your 40s and 50s.
